First, please let us know what is the problem of Tool. (mail to sales@seminix.com) If it is difficult to solve a technical problem of tool by only email communications, please send us the broken tool by DHL or fedex(other express) with freight prepaid. When you send us the Tools, As for tools repair, please send the broken tool with failure mode to us and we will send them back to you after reparing as soon as we got it. (Please certainly send failure mode for exact and quick repair) Also, please use DHL, UPS, or Fedex forwarder companies with your freight charge and describe the total amount as below USD10.00 and "Return for Repair" on the invoice sheet for easier custom clearance. We will send the repaired tool back to you with freight collect by DHL(Please let me know your DHL A/C No if you have.) The repair charge is determinded by spare part for repair.
